Whether it's a workshop, strategy session or team meeting - sometimes you need someone to keep the thread running, bring different voices together and ensure that discussions remain productive. I take on this role with structure, clarity and a feel for dynamics.
The aim here is not to set the direction in terms of content, but to organize the room in such a way that all relevant topics are discussed, decisions are made and agreements are binding. The aim is for you to have achieved more in the end than you would have expected.
