I am a true Heligolander, a world traveler, author, entrepreneur, and creative professional. Having grown up on Heligoland, I spent 25 years on the mainland. After a solo world trip and several years living in Belgium, Spain, the USA, and Switzerland, I have been back on my rock for the past 10 years. My career path led me through positions in recruiting, talent management, and leadership development to the founding of my company, GAIA Insights. We are a virtual company based in Switzerland that designs and implements customized solutions for the development of international leaders. All services are offered in German and English.
