Yes. I design both end-to-end solutions as well as training formats, materials and guidelines that internal trainers can use independently.
I have designed training courses, learning concepts, and development programs for managers at all levels, from young team leaders taking on people responsibility for the first time all the way up to the executive level of international corporations. However, my "sweet spot" is middle management, i.e., executives with 10-20 years of professional experience.
Absolutely. I analyze existing programs, identify potential for improvement, and help update them in terms of didactics, methodology, and content.
This depends on the scope and timeframe of the feedback loops and internal decisions. For smaller modules, a few weeks are usually sufficient. For larger formats or international roll-outs, we generally plan longer. However, when internal decisions can be made quickly, I have designed a multi-year, international program with over 20 stakeholders in just two months.
